Zoom Integration

Overview

The Bookabl  platform allows users to automatically create Zoom meetings for all of your scheduled events. In order to create a Zoom meeting for your scheduled event you must first login at https://app.bookabl.io/auth/login

Once you are logged in you can go to the Integrations section and link your Zoom Account. Once your account is linked you will be able to automatically create Zoom meetings for your events.

Create a new event

1. Go to the Calendar screen  
2. Click the New Event button or navigate to the New Event Screen
3. Add your event details and select the option “Zoom Meeting” in the Steam Option dropdown list to automatically have the platform create you zoom meeting.
4. Click Save. Your Zoom meeting will be created automatically and your meeting join url will display.

Edit an event

1. Go to the Calendar screen
2. Click on an existing event.
3. Edit the event details for your event. If the event you were editing was using the Zoom streaming option, you changes will be reflected in the Zoom meeting.

NOTE: If you change an existing event from being a “Manual URL” Stream Option to “Zoom Meeting” a new zoom meeting will be created.

Viewing a Zoom Meeting

You can view the meeting you created for your clients by going to your public landing page. On your landing page you should find your event details.

NOTE: If you don’t see your event, make sure you created your event for a future date (not further than 3 months out).

1. If you are already logged in you can select the “Book this Class” button. This will register you for the class and show a pop up with a “Join Class” button. Clicking the “Join Class” button will take you to your Zoom meeting.

Deauthorize from Bookabl

In order to fully deauthorize the integration you must to uninstall the app from the Zoom Marketplace.

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Bookabl - Live Stream Studio app.
3. Click the Bookabl - Live Stream Studio app.
4. Click Uninstall.
